A beautiful Friday a week ago

Philip asked Sirkaliisa if she could take us on a tour of the Aalto building where she works (The House of Culture).  We met up on Friday afternoon and she walked us through.  The building is going to be refurbished in the near future so things are getting all packed up and getting ready to move.

I didn't want to be too conspicuous, but thought it would be fun to take some pictures inside the grocery store of Stockmann.  The picture really doesn't do justice to the amazingness of this store.  I bought some pesto to try to make my own chicken-pasta-pesto dish.  It was really fun and tasty to make!
